I'd use the cashiers to cover the main entrance to the mall, while the coffee shop personnel would cover the entrance from the parking lot. Stocking personnel would be responsible for security around the loading dock. Additionally a quick response force in the non-fiction section near the stairs would be able to respond quickly to an emergency in any part of the store.He's got the Midas touch.
