They spend most of their time now teaching stupid tests and not actually teaching kids how to think anymore. Kids are just becoming test bots.
You know, there was a time when "exit exams" didn't even exist, like you know, almost all of our parents never did this crap.

The ultimate question is, what is the purpose of the diploma.
If it is to indicate to businesses that you are able to do certian things, then clearly this judge is an $@#%#$ idiot.
If it is to permit your entry into society, then this could have some merit.
