How easily can you get a date with a woman (or man)?

For example, I am pretty sure I only saw one girl today. This morning at 8:40 am.. Probably by 9 am tomorrow it would be 24 hours without seeing a female.

Admittedly that is a bit worse than usual, usually I go to the all night grocer and see 1 or 2 there.

No, I work all night, and some of the day. And sleep during the rest of the day.

Sometimes I go exercising during the day and see girls as I run past them (are some nice ones there). Other days I go to the grocery store and see some girls working there (often old).

Okay. If you sleep during the day there is less of a chance that you get to meet girls. There's nothing wrong with working at night. Some people swear that they do better work that way. Though you need to make adjustments if you wish to meet more girls.

Also you'll probably lose weight if you sleep at night and work during the day.

I don't have a choice until the experiment ends (2 more weeks). Personally I can't wait. (even though I know logically that it would be better for us if we could run a bit longer)

80% of my company are females. I'm not complaining. Though it can be frustrating to be around so many women and not be able to go out with them. But I've made a couple of friends at least.

Why not just ask them out? Find one who's vulnerable and not the best looker at first, then work your way up. Easier said than done, of course...

'kay. first, some psychoanalysis:
If you're stuck on your already-spoken-for chicita, you'll probably keep sabotaging yourself and overlook a lot of good opportunities.

So either sort out your feelings for her first, or go find some other opportunities - keeping it to a 'just for fun' attitude.

Second, you gots to put those resources to good use, Dis:
Women have friends. Women like to network. God alone knows why. They're just weird that way.
Pick out the girls you have a good vibe with. Go out and have lunch with them, go for after-work drinks. Ask them if they have any nice, single friends. If they're having a party, or having friends for dinner, or going kayaking for the weekend, whatever,...
Go along, participate.

Some girls hate being asked to do match-making for their friends, some girls take it as a personal vocation.

You've already got a bunch of females who are favourably disposed towards you, and who know that you're a decent bloke. All you have to do is enlist their help.

Think about it. If every girl at work has a half a dozen girlfriends, that puts you just one step away from vast, untapped fields of yearning femininity. You don't have to take the risk of getting sweaty with a workmate. Just find out if they know someone whom they think might like to get to know you.

All you have to do is ask, and most of them will be more than willing to help.

exactly what I'm doing. it pays to have friends. I'm not complaining (okay I was- but it's been a good week- I can't complain now). I'm doing okay.
