Hmmm... I don't have the stuff with me right now, but i would imagine that it would be something like 1000 mph (I have no idea what the mph of a bullet is. Well, here you have three clips avaliable. If you drive more than 30 % it costs a clip - more than 60 % and you loose the license.
Smaller firearms have a velocity of ~500 km/h and army rifles 2800 km/h - a hunting rifle probably somewhere inbetween. No matter wich you choose, I would be pretty scared to drive a car at that speed
Oh, and hitting anything would probably be fatal.
