    • Ogie, perhaps you could tell me what those two quoted statements have to do with the Mexican gov't, since Pattycakes isn't here?
Huh? Is there school where you all learn this professional rambling nonsense stuff, because so many here have the same technique.

But let me quote, again, what was also said...

The perception of the reader is far more telling than the intent of the originator when it comes to humor.
So, by the time I get to 9 and 11 I had already read 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. All providing a rather biting, satirical and legitimate poke at the Mexican governments retarded demands on how we should treat law breaking foreign nationals, who in this context Mexico happens to be legally responsible for (being their citizens and all), within our borders. Without, of course, providing a reciprocal level of support and understanding for similar persons in their country.

Made even more funny when you think about how they basically have their army deployed on their southern border to stop the same northern influx from happening to them as they happily encourage it on us.

So Ramo, my perception was the humor came from the 70% of the joke I read before I even got to the first off color, but hardly bigoted or racist, portion of the whole joke. Note WHOLE joke, I didn’t cherry pick what I needed as ammunition against the poster and declare a holy (of course team PC would never use that word) crusade against him.

        Heaven forbid!

Damnit! I mean....Celestially inclined orientation forbid! You doggone right it's not PC to use "holy" - perhaps inspired by a non-demonational-centric higher power endeavour, but never a holy crusade!

            • However in a related manner of displaying flags and demonstrating they do prevent demonstration of noncitizens which is the meaning I took from that passage with respect to national policy.
But again, putting a US flag on your car or house is not prohibited by the Mexican gov't. Try again.

And I've never heard of Cinco de Mayo considered as a "demonstration." Nor have I heard of the Mexican gov't prohibiting big parties on the 4th of July.

Gee enforcement of laws, sounds pretty much like US policy now don't it?
That's not an answer, try again. How is this "I do not plan to have any car insurance, and I won't make any effort to learn local traffic laws" referrring to the hypocrisy of the Mexican gov't?

If you look at 100% of the witless joke, you'd see that it fits most consistently at a satire of expectations illegal immigrants have in this country. There are some other ones that are hard to pin on the "hypocrisy of the Mexican government," but I'd be beating a dead horse. But now that the intellectual dishonesty has set in, whatever.

Here we have a fully fledged group of TEAM CRACKER who have gone on a witch hunt against illegal immigrants, but can't take the heat when someone collects THEM all into one group and hurls venom back their way. Doesn't matter what their individual beliefs or situations are, they are a part of TEAM CRACKER and dammit all TEAM CRACKER are racists.

They are taking our jobs! Clogging our hospitals! Those bastards! Oh wait I got it mixed up that's not TEAM CRACKER!!!

I suggest covering up the mirrors in your houses.

I'm glad to see my stereotypes and generalizations against you guys and have taught you guys a few lessons.

Yes, YOU GUYS, the non-"us," the "them" I so despise.

                TEAM CRACKER ftw!!!!!!

Ted this is not what is being said to the tee. From what i understand ur choice words of team cracker in itself is a racist comment. Now notice i didnt call you a racist just your phrase. I beleive The illegals are a drain on all the border states econmy, is the bottom line. Nobody here has stated we need to shoot them and run them out of the country. THink it was said new and reasonabe laws need to be implemented.
Last calling KAAK a racist for having an opinion is no worse then calling you one for calling the rest of them crackers.

                • So the only relevant question (for me) is: Do you agree with Team PC that Kaak is a racist, et al? If you do, then we've got lots to talk about.
No, I think he's probably xenophobic. As Arrian said, it's not like he has a blank slate. For the last time, context is important.

You haven't called him, or anybody else any names. You haven't difinitively said he's this or that....no problem.

And until someone else uses any of the abovementioned terms unjustly on someone, I'll go stand quietly in the corner.

Your right, I guess alot of the humor comes form the fact that it is also lampooning the policies of my own government.

                      This joke has depth

Which you seem to be drowning it.

HA, you guys are dogged, I'll give you that.

Taken as a whole, especially if I am coming of my first impression, it is primarily a spoof of the US and Mexican government policy with a little off color darkness thrown in (see, I am not even denying it).

Now please, go back to marking out all the coincidental letter combinations within words such as "nude," "***", "sex," and the infamous "it" in your coffee table magazines so your house guests don't sputter in anger at the blatant insensitivity on the publisher, and by extension you for daring to put such a thing on your coffee table without putting a disclaimer letter on them.

                            Oh yea, bull****ter...

Actually quite the opposite. The whole joke setup was a letter addressed to President and congressional policy makers. How anyone can infer anything other than the ludicrous set of US policies we have is really the stretch.

Of course I do allow for personal interpretation, so if thats your spin have at it. Just don't dare call me a liar when I certainly know what I was thinking reading it and certianly far better than our resident swammy Ramo.

The stuff that was being debated for the last several pages was the stuff in the list, or at least that's the way it looked to me.
