    • A super hot goalie. Gerber stopped 49 shots for his shutout. What a performance.

On the bright side, the loss will wake up Team Canada. Much better to lose a game at this point then in the final rounds.

If you're going to comment on McCabe's play then it would be a good idea to watch the game.

McCabe didn't hold anyone. The German was charging down the boards and McCabe checked him. A clean and legal hit, but the ref was probably from Calgary.

And, any time an opposing player has the puck in your zone, they're a threat.

His penalty did not result in a German goal. The Germans scored in the second period. He got the penalty in the third period.

Watch the games. Even though you don't know much about hockey, you probably would enjoy it.

        • We're referring to different McCabe dumb penalties, obviously. I'm referring to the dumb holding penalty he took, which resulted in a goal after he f*cked up coming out of the box.

There are so many to choose from with McCabe, it may be confusing.

In Olympic hockey, whenever a player's head hits the board, it's a penalty. That's why it's not a "legal penalty" on McCabe.

Do you understand that Olympics and NHL have different rules?
