The poster is a painting on the Berlin wall. It is a carricature of a famous picture (real one) of Leonid Brezhnev being enthusiastically “welcomed” by East Germany’s Erich Honecker.
I didn't find the real picture when I posted, so that's why I put the painting on the wall one.
