60 days is the gov't mandated "warning time" you have to give people about being laid off. Typically (in our company), they do not make you work those 60 days... you're sent home and effectively get 2 extra months of severance, which is nice. Not this particular department. They have to stick around.
I don't expect those Indians are going to get the best training...

Choice 2: Quit & don't get paid, don't get unemployment.
Choice 3: Refuse to train Indian replacement, get fired for insubordination, put that down on your resume and never get hired again.
