Ditto on "can non-christians go to heaven?" It sure doesn't hurt to be Christian (from a Christian POV) or to be a decent person regardless of religion. If you're just doing the bare minimum required to escape the Inferno, you're approaching the problem the wrong way anyway.Comment

Surely what they (WBC) do is at least disturbing the peace. The right of free speech has never been interpreted as allowing a person to harass private citiziens, such as the people attending a loved ones funeral. None of these miners were public figures. Disrupting their funeral serves no political purpose. I see no reson why the police can't just put them in jaill for a few days, and if they resist put'em in for a little longer.
