Actually, that's just the first page. I'm too lazy to do the others. The only name they listed I knew was Fiona Apple, and I know her for all the WRONG reasons.
I have albums by three of those.

Adobe GoLive CS2 opened the file but I don't know how to use it.

Okay, I figured it out how to play it in GoLive -- but WTF kind of website uses "SMIL" files for audio? Even their file formats are pretentious.

And I'm listening to this song by Spoon, and I can honestly very safely say I've never heard this song before in my life. I would remember such a song with a boring-ass simple beat, melody, and nonsensical lyrics and gay-sounding vocalist. Boring is the first thing that comes to mind.

You don't have to like it, Asher. You just have to acknowledge that it is a very over played song these days. Either you don't listen to music on the radio or Calgary is a bigger cultural backwater then I thought.

BTW the rest of the album is actually very good.

Not for me, in Firefox or IE.

It prompts me for an "npr3377.smil" file to download or open. Opening it opens Adobe GoLive CS2, and if I click the "preview" tab, it plays...

It cannot be overplayed if it gets zero radio airplay.

Yes. Hence the name "npr" prefixing the file.

I've only listened to Bloc Party and The Raveonettes out of that group. I'll have to give the others a listen.

Speaking of the Raveonettes I saw them live last summer and their leader singer is a certified Scandinavian hottie.

Gee, I don't know. It plays fine for me when I click on it using Firefox and it automatically plays in WMP 10.

Doesn't matter, I figured it out anyway. It's not objectionally bad like the stuff I hear on the campus radio station, but it just seems like passable non-offensive elevator pop music to me (the Spoon song).
