    You mean this helipad?
It looks undamaged, if you ask me. And there is no sign of Boeing at this pic.
WHERE IS THE GOD DAMN PLANE?

I see Serb is still tilting at windmills. We should rename you Don Quixote.

Why do "9/11 Truth" supporters [guys like Serb] call for the release of the gas station / hotel security tapes? Surely after four years, the FBI would've had time to falsify the video...

To restate my position in the last thread:
Where there's smoke, there's usually fire. All this probably has an ember's worth of truth in it (that is to say, the public story of the attacks is 99.9% accurate), but having the full puzzle completed is of utmost importance.

Valid or not, these guys' claims ought to be investigated, as should any claim as well-prepared or on such an important event.

What do we (meaning the USA) lose if we investigate their stories and their theories fail to materialize? Nothing. So, I don't believe the "9/11 Truth" 'hype', but what's the harm in looking at all points of view?

Perhaps because it is possible to determine either tape fake or not? And if it will be proven that FBI falsified the video, then it means FBI had serious reasons to do so.
So, if it really was a Boeing, why hide the tapes wich proves so?

I figure that would be possible if they released the tapes the next day after hastily pasting a plane in.

But it's been four years. If they edited the tapes, they've had guys watch them thousands of times, and every possible signal that they've been edited has been fixed.

Call the government whatever you want but they're not total morons. (That's the politicians' job )

Fake is always a fake. And the possibility of discovering it's a fake always exist, no matter how slight this possibility is. So, it is always a risk, even if this risk is minimal.

How does clip art in a flash video and a Fight Club soundtrack equal well prepared.

Valid or not, these guys' claims ought to be investigated, as should any claim as well-prepared or on such an important event.
There are probobly a thousand other "well prapared" conspiracy theories about this event alone. Apply that to other important eventst and, after we expand the FBI by a hundred times, it would spend all its resources in investigating the claims of shameless trolls.

Everyone already has their minds made up on this issue. No thread on the subject is going to change anyone's mind.

Calling people stupid for not accepting the official story helps nothing, but if it makes you feel better...

What's shameless is accepting official stories without question. What's stupid is not believing the evidence of your own eyes.

I don't know for sure what happened that day, but I do know the government bureaucracies have a nasty habit of outright lying whenever it suits them. CYA is the order of the day. CYA doesn't mean there is a conspiracy, but it does help to create an atomosphere of mistrust amongst the public. I understand some people feel that the government has no reason to lie, but by nature bureaucracies are enormous, ossified and allow no flexibility when it comes to truth. So the story comes out through the official channels with no real chance for any flexibility for changes due to the truth, unless overwhelming evidence comes forward.
