equating civilization with evolution is not at all obvious, and the majority of people disagree..
among other things, we will (and to some extant can now) be able to self direct our biological changes (And those of creatures arround us) depending on choices we make (Which will depend on how are civilization developes)
evolution is entirely biological, civilization is not..
