I'm not so sure Imran -- fundies can be just as blatantly hypocritical as everyone else. While they lambast places such as Target, they probably turn around and still shop there.
Anyway, for me, Happy Holidays or Merry Christmas can be appropriate -- I don't see anything wrong with either one and I'm comfortable using either phrase, myself.

The government can only really ban christmas desplays on its own property can't it? It can't stop a private business or citizen from being in a christmas spirit.
