Oh yeah, I dont know your situation but I hope you and the Mrs reconcile. From my experience it isnt tough to kick a meth habit, you just gotta get away from it for 2-3 weeks. Well, I dont know, I had no problem when I stopped using it. But I have to imagine the stuff is out of the system by then.Comment

I sure talk to him about it, but I try not to dwell on it. He wants to play and have a happy childhood. He doesn't want to dwell on it too much. Either do I, but it's harder for adults. Kids are resilient.

PS dont hold onto the kids are resiliant thing 'as gospel'. Sometimes they can seem OK with something but underneath they're not OK. My youngest is such a stoic that it's very hard to tell when something is bothering her.We need seperate human-only games for MP/PBEM that dont include the over-simplifications required to have a good AI

I know he misses his mom. He's not happy about her being a drug addict either. But he's still able to enjoy life, and that's important.
