              Yeah, it looks like the PUK is more secular and federalist.
              The party's position wouldn't allow Muslim clerics on some constitutional body and I would. I saw that and figured I'm out of the loop on the internal politics.

                            Not too suprising. Though, I'd rank the ICP higher than the PUK. I oppose more regional autonomy. Kirkuk will be a big problem, as will the possibility of a Southern Shia federation.

                            IMO, the order should be:

                            ICP
                            PUK
                            KDP
                            Da'wa
                            IIP
                            INC
                            INA
                            SCIRI

                            I don't know enough about thhe other parties to rank them.
