So far Yahoo hasn't awarded a shutout...but it may be in their code, since Kipper was awarded a loss.
But logically both goalies should get a shutout, since goals scored in the shootout don't count towards stats...

2 goalie games down, GAA of 1.50 and svp of 0.955.
One more game eh...
So I can play Garon against Carolina, or Garon against Florida, or Joseph versus Boston...
I'd like to put in Joseph vs Boston, but that's on Sunday...if he doesn't start for whatever reason I'm screwed. So maybe Garon vs Florida, with Joseph versus Boston as a backup...

Back before the shootout, in a 0-0 tie game were both goalies awarded shutouts?

I think he gets it, which really puts the pressure on me for hasek to come through big in one of two games remaining.
IMO dejon picked a weird time to go all-Calgary with his goalies. We play against 2 of the top teams in the league this week (Philly and Ottawa), and New Jersey too...2 of them on the road, where the Flames aren't as hot.
Though he did sorta hit the jackpot tonight at least.
I expect Kipper to play in all 3, as we have a full week off next week. It may've been best to add in some other goalies to spread out his chances this week.

Yeah, I know what you mean, but I figured I could second-guess it for three weeks otherwise, so I took the plunge.
I'll have to pick up a couple of backup games next week, and in the 3rd week of January. Otherwise, I'm set, which is comforting.
There are other risks -- Kipper plays more games than any other goalie in the NHL by quite a big margin. If he gets injured you may be in a pickle, too.

If I was concerned about that I wouldn't have drafted him 3rd overall. He's in his prime, highly skilled, motivated, and played last year (invaluable - no groin problems). I would have picked him 1st overall, given the chance.
It's a good deal for you, I think Phillippe Sauve is going to be a #1 goalie in a bit. David Marcaux is working wonders with him (and Kipper). On Flames PPV they show some of the drills Marcaux thought up to improve concentration, mental toughness, and reflexes...on top of him being anal about positioning and form.
