I was sure I would be a lawyer, but that is looking more and more unlikely. If you don't like reality, change it! me

I thought I would have an engineering degree and would be toiling away for a thankless employeer only to go home to a world of debt... and that is what happened. Though I also wanted to have had a book published by now, but seeing as I haven't written anything yet that would be pretty tough.
What I didn't think I would have is a pretty interesting career and career future, a loving wife, and a beautiful daughter

I thought I would sit in front of my computer with one of those virtual reality helmets playing multiplayer games with awesome graphics. Everybody would do it and scoff at how we used to play games with a mouse and keyboard. It's candy. Surely there are more important things the NAACP could be boycotting. If the candy were shaped like a burning cross or a black man made of regular chocolate being dragged behind a truck made of white chocolate I could understand the outrage and would share it. - Drosedars

I didn't have any very specific ideas where I'd end up when i was twelve. Why can't you be a non-conformist just like everybody else?
