I'm watching the England-Argentina macth at the moment, and have to say that the people who boo other countries' national anthems are complete morons.

I mean, it's not as if God Save the Queen has any musical merit whatsoever.
I'm against nationalism entirely, but feel that if people actually want to sing their anthem, then I'll respect their wish.

I think if the first anthem is booed then the second is fair game, but if one is respected then the other ought to be.

Our anthem may not have any musical merit but at least its rousing for our players. The Argentines werent even singing, it sounds like a piece from Schindler's List.

This is a great game!
Even better, there are some people near my house watching the game with a kind of 5 second delay on their TV, so they're cheering ages after the fact.

The best thing about this game is that Owen wasn't injured, and has proved that he's in goalscoring form.

It ended tied at 1. I'm happy. We played a reserve team against the Scots. Maybe we had 2 or 3 starters on the pitch. Good experience for 'em, especially on the road.
