  • What party am I?

I'm pro life. I thought that made me a repug, but I'm not so sure anymore. I'm getting ready for some revenge voting. Hillary? uke: It would be tough, but I gotta teach the 'right' a lesson on how to lose their base.

If you are pro-life, just vote the Catholic party.
“It is no use trying to 'see through' first principles. If you see through everything, then everything is transparent. But a wholly transparent world is an invisible world. To 'see through' all things is the same as not to see.”

        Politicly I'm this:

        1) Pro life. That's my personal litmus test. Besides this, everything else is fairly far behind.

        2) I'm pro military. It's all that stands between us and the major *******s of the world.

        3) I'm pro environment, corporate America is a whore for $.

        4) I'm pro union.

        5) I'm pro higher minimum wage.

        6) I'm pro US worker protection.

Name me a party. Who represents me?

I'm actually for them. If two guys want to do whatever they want to do, is it my business? No. It only becomes my business when they want to get religious my usurping my faith's and my God's mode of union, marriage. Well. Why do you want such status?

I figured this is your position -- I just had to make a contribution to your thread.

Does that mean my views are popular? Why am I so under represented then?

Cause the R's and the D's have a stranglehold on politics and our electoral system doesn't allow for the emergence of additional parties too easily.

So basically you want government intervention in the economy, government intervention overseas, and government intervention in social issues.

Dems have the first one covered, and the Reps cover the last two. I dunno. You're stuck. Vote for the person, not the party. I'm sure in spots like Ohio or Pennslyvania or West Virginia there are plenty of politicians that match up fairly well with you.

Actually, most Catholics vote Democratic, Lancer.

From how you describe yourself, you're a pro-life Demoncrat, kinda like Kucinich used to be before he cynically changed his public view in order to court the progressive vote.
