Thank God for the trains, things are going tits up in terms of the flight stakes - my flight has been delayed for almost three hours - fortunately I am prepared for every eventuality and this shouldn't delay me providing your flights are running on time - still a bit pissed off because I wanted a bit of time to go and see a bit of Utrecht!

It's a long delay considering it is only a 1 hour flight Every time I try and get a flight it seems to be delayed...

Nm, I say your message. Reception is pretty crappy since it's snowing again, so it probably took a while to get through.

Crap, I've had enough problems getting there just in terms of the flight - I hope the trains between Schiphol and Utrecht aren't going to be a problem

I don't think they will be, all the problems are in the east and the south, where all the snow has been and is still falling (from what I heard the west is still snow-free, while I have at least 20 cms on my front door ). I'm leaving home now, hopefully we'll see each other in a few hours. Good luck!

Ouch! You know, there hasn't been a single flake here in London, and in terms of as the crow flies, it isn't that far (I don't think there is much difference in distance in this respect between London and Amsterdam and my home city).

I'm back too, the ride back went surprisingly smooth. Took me just 3 hours this time, only 30 mins of which I had to walk
