Uh oh... There's a pack of at least 7-10 cm of snow in my back yard and it's still piling on with buckets at a time. All public transport has been shut down and the A1 to Amesfoort has a traffic jam of 30 km in each direction that's only expected to get longer. If the meet was today I couldn't get to Utrecht if I wanted to, I can only hope tomorrow will be better

You don't watch the news? It's the frakking north pole over here! At least the snowing is a bit less fierce now (temporarily, a lot more is prodicted for tonight), visibility is more than 20 m again, which it wasn't earlier. But I've never seen so much snow, certainly not to have it build up so fast...Comment
