    Re: What about this one.

You can't [ img] an html.

And I think it looks quite nice.

It looks drab and uninspired to me. Just the same cheap crap concrete box except they put a few more angles on it.

What he said, esp if there's another fin coming out from the base on the other side of the building.

The Dear Leader's favourite building is apparently going to be a hotel. What amazes me is, who the f**k is going to stay there?

Now for my nomination - Trellick Tower. Pull it down godammit!

It's a hotel to house the great leaders ego.
It's candy. Surely there are more important things the NAACP could be boycotting. If the candy were shaped like a burning cross or a black man made of regular chocolate being dragged behind a truck made of white chocolate I could understand the outrage and would share it. - Drosedars

I think the War Museum doesn't look bad.
This is its bad side (for real). On the other side, its covered in grass to the roof which you can walk to, with lots of trees near a bike path, very nice.

Not too far from the truth - the building was originally designed for tropical India.

It never got built there, and some time later the design was recycled. :vomit:

Actually, the OCAD building isn't too bad - it's just different, and definitely evokes a "love-it-or-hate-it" type response.

Toronto has many other strong contenders, though.

Actually the model is slightly nicer looking than the real thing.
