1 plate of ravioli, sauce, and cheese (over 1000 Calories, I know)
2 small bowls of corn chex with skim milk (small bowls.. probably combine to form 1)
1 bottle of juice
2 bean burritoes from taco bell..
so I got some fruit, some veggies, and lots of dairy and carbs
