      Hmmm...

At some point you just have to say that it really doesn't matter if you miss England beating up on the Irish cripple basketball team.

Hell, I've missed a majority of the US's WCQ, but I don't really mind not seeing games against some of the crappy teams in CONCACAF.

Btw, looks like Newcastle is already getting some of the money they spent on Owen back:

Jenas is having a medical with Tottenham, in a deal, reportedly worth... get ready for it.... 7 million pounds!

        Well, hopefully he passes .

well yeah some matches are more important than others, but i'll still always watch england unless there's a very good reason why i can't. i wouldn't call the wales game unimportant either.

i watched england v wales in the six nations last year, at one of the uni bars. i just loved one thing that bbc wales did pre-match.

the build up included a 20 minute section (i'm not joking) on the welsh victory over the english, in blind rugby! keep it in your hearts boys

It was confirmed a fair few hours ago this afternoon.

At least it wasnt the £10m that was being thrown around, we'll just have to wait and see if it was worth it or not.

We have some backup in midfield now too, if the other 10 get injured.

I reckon you can field an entire team of central midfielders. TOTAL FOOTBALL!

At least Jol can go for the innovative 0-10-0 formation in some matches this season .

Next one will be called "Premiership Football", not too much change at once...baby steps.

Might as well call it "Imran's blog" come to think of it.

Very well Hueij, let us know how you think Newcastle Bikers and Slovan Liberec will do in the coming season?

[note to wiseasses everywhere: I'm well aware that since Newcastle Bikers are an Australian team, they're likely to be approaching the end, rather than the beginning of their season. ]

Well... we've discussed Spanish and Italian leagues... mainly in transfer targets, but still! I'm fairly sure I had a post on how awesome Robinho was . I talk about US Soccer sometimes. And maybe we'll get someone talking about the J-League.
