Hmmm... I thought since they lost in CL qualifying they went directly to the UEFA Cup... or is that only in group stages. Frankly, it gets a bit confusing for me when CL teams that aren't good enough get dropped down to the UEFA Cup.“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. I'm not surprised Owen wouldn't go to Everton. Shearer memorably turned down the scum, and I don't think he'd ever have gone to Sunderland, no matter how good they were and how much cash they'd throw at him. Some things are bigger than cash in football.
