I've been eating all day, and starting to gain weight. I want a cig after eating, but then I want one anyway.
I drank beer. I like beer. I still like beer. ... Do you like beer Senator?

One of my buddies had a problem with food after quitting smoking, he's around 20 stone now, from about 16 before he quit - so you'll need to watch that pitfall.

Cigerettes seem to prey on negative feelings, so try to adjust your mindset to be more positive and see if it makes it any easier? For example i use a general philosophy of 'who's going to give a damn in a hundred years?' when dealing with things that can make me feel stressed.

Bad people at work/Finacial issues/relationship bad spots etc.

"who's going to give a damn about this in a hundred years?" i tell myself - the answer probably no-one, so why get worked up about it now.

I'm a relative stress free zone, which also helped lots when i was giving up smoking(many years ago now and i haven't gone back to them, which i'm very happy about).

So look for ways to unstress your life, and hopefuly you can in those momments find new strength and avoid reaching for the fags.

Positive thinking. Why give your money to some millionares that get richer in exchange for the eventual cost of your life? f**k em and their tabaco. You can do it.
'The very basis of the liberal idea – the belief of individual freedom is what causes the chaos' - William Kristol, son of the founder of neo-conservitivism, talking about neo-con ideology and its agenda for you.info here. prove me wrong.

True, and other things like drugs. Pot really takes the edge off when quitting. I'm smoked that twice since quitting and it really helps, but it's something I have to watch. I once quit and about a month later wondered why I was spending about $500 bucks a month on pot.

That really is the long run solution, and life is so much better anyway with that type of attitude.

That's more than my whole monthly income!

              Hang in there, Kidicious!

Even if you used to be a pothead.

I may be joining in again soon. My lungs are starting to hurt again, after two packs.

You most be poor or something; that's not much above my monthly rent.
Why can't you be a non-conformist just like everybody else?
