The mother of that dead soldier holding vigil at Bush's ranch doesnt appear to be weak-willed.
After telling his audience it would be wrong to intrude upon her grief, O'Really did a "fair and balanced" segment with Michelle Malkin effectively calling her a hypocrite and dupe of radicals like Michael Moore.

What does he care about ratings. He isn't going to be re-elected anyway.

Should send O'Reilly kids over to Iraq.

I can assure you history will not be kind to Bush, it won't ever be on his side. So enjoy it while you can.

Replubic or not, killing people for the sake of money and more power is not a reason to remain in power.

George Bush is not a good leader, that I can be sure of, because there have been a lot, and far better, leaders in the past.

So to think that George Bush can't learn from the past is enough reason for me to believe that GB is not a good leader, he is just a placeholder, a mistake, a mistake future leaders should learn from, learn what not to do.

America is the superpower of today, but at the same time, it is the most insecure, the most afraid and therefore the most corrupt.

When will the world be able to look at America and say "That is a nice and humble country"?

I don't hate Bush. I think he's quite likeable. I'd have a beer with him. I think he tries to do the right thing.

I know he likes Australians - John Newcombe was his buddy.

                        Ted Striker, Exhibit A.

And that's pretty low of you to attack someone for their date of Poly joinder. That's like accusing him of being more sane.

I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

                          No kidding.

Never in my life has this thought ever crossed my mind:

"You know, I'd really like to visit Mississippi." Or Alabama. Or Georgia. Or the Carolinas, Dakotas, Virginias, Nebraska, Kansas, Indiana, Oklahoma, Florida, Texas, etc. etc.

Sadly, I now live in a red state, but I did visit it occasionally in my youth--Cedar Point is nice.

I would love to go back to Alaska one day.

I wouldn't mind seeing Sedona again, or visiting Colorado.

But that is IT. Really, the only Blue state that I've never had the desire to visit is Wisconsin.

Yes, look at his remarkably successful initiative to privatize Social Security.
