I've heard of this problem before. IIRC, its similar to problems people have had with too many drives (and partitions) i.e. you have to map the drive properly.
Hmmm..I'm not sure I have the same problem. My computer just doesn't recognize that the thing in the USB is a hard drive at all. The drive is already formatted from my friend's computer, and there's really no partitions on it. I'm not sure what else I'm missing...
