  • Amazing IE7 + RSS Photos

Friday, at the Gnomedex conference in Seattle, Microsoft announced platform level support for Really Simple Syndication (RSS) in Longhorn designed to make it easier to discover RSS feeds and support for simple list extensions. Technorati's Niall Kennedy snapped some shots of Longhorn, IE7 and RSS in action.

Interesting... they seem to be adopting a Firefox like simplicity in the interface as well.

In another screenshot, the browser looks exactly like Firefox with the search bar on the top right..

What's so amazing about this? Nothing that hasn't seen on Firefox (or Opera) before.

I don't care what it looks like, I just want it to render CSS and run javascript correctly.

What a joke. Another design lifted straight from someone else.

And if Markos loves RSS so much, how about replying to my RSS thread in the community forum?

Nice theft of interface ideas from Firefox there . Now everyone who uses IE will say how the great MS "innovated" RSS and make it user-friendly enough for the common man . Makes me sick .
