Smoking is a bad habit amongst us nurses most of us do it for anger manasgment after listening to whiney ass dr. I kinda like my schedule. I used to do 16 hours in 2 days now i do 3 days, work 36 and get paid for 40

I may be working a very similar schedule to that soon (3 on 3 off, 6am-6pm). Long days but conversely, lots of time off Gives me a bigger shift allowance too if they do it (42%)
