In the sense that sex = power yes. Who a paedo chooses to target often doesn't run along the lines of sexual orientation... say there may be issues with upbringing that cause **** with boys so the power stuff comes in. I suggest that you provide some proof of this casual assertion.
I also suggest that anyone who habitually links or conflates homosexuality with paedophilia should expect to be treated with a great deal of contempt.
Still, good way to avoid all the things I mentioned in my post- corrupt financial practices, shielding war criminals, funding criminal enterprises, hiding suspects wanted in connection with crimes against humanity, including genocide, relocating Fascist and Nazi murderers in safe havens.
