Most of the Oblivion monsters I've seen so far are lame. Oh well, at least its a game I'd actually want to play, unlike Project Gotham Racing.

what will matter in japan is what games come out for them..
which will depend on deals made, and which systems the games developers will figure sell..
it is all an expectations game
and the xbox will be helped immensely if some of the big japanese game developers (square for one) develope exclusives for it

Each car in PGR3 is supposed to have 40,000 interior and 40,000 exterior polygons.
Compare this to the 10,000 total polygons in PGR2, then add all of the normal/bump maps on top of that.
