      Cant say as i heard of one of the resturants. Not to many scandanavians in sa tx. Now mexican on the other hand one on about every corner

                Lancer, schnitzel is German food, I'm thinking the weird veggies would be saurkraut, which is a veggie, German and not scandinavian.

                              Lancer, since Dolores has her own computer, she may want to consider Skype, at least if you have broadband. The software is entirely free, and if your per-minute communication is free also, then your telephone bill will dramatically sink.

                                There are plenty of swedes and herring chasers here in Chicagoland, and I never seen nor heard of a norweigan restaurant. Swedish yes, but few.
