as i said that is civilization civil society laws that are made to bolster respect. not just protect property.

the protection of religious feeling does come with freedom of speech at the opposite end.

there are no absolutes (except for morons).

this has to be put in a scale and weighted with the background of the societal norms of each time.

che, you consider Greece eastern europe? I know it's in the east borders of europe but I consider it to be south europe... just like I consider us to be north europe though we kind of would be east europe.
