Annoying Words

What words annoy you and why?

I hate people who miss use, or over use, the word "actually", especially when used at the beginning of a correction.

"The sky is purple."
"acutally, the sky is blue."

That's not even a real contradiction! It's a correction! What makes your opinion more right?! EVen if it is right?

Actually. you can shut the F-up!

I like to over use the word "clearly", because I know that bugs some ppl.

For me it's mostly tone of voice that I find annoying rather than phrases, usually.

But... but... if you're team is incapable of achieving synergies, that encumbers your organization with inefficient decision-making processes! How do you adjust and adapt to constantly changing paradigms? Is it even possible to increase value with non-synergistic teams?????
