I know it for a fact, though the expressions only show themselves over large groups. It's how scientists were able to prove the Lemba were in fact, decended from Yemeni Jews, as they claimed in their legends. The marker is most pronounced among the Coheni.

        • no, islam doesnt call itself a nationality. it only says that islam is above all tribes (nationalities), and that there be no tribes between islam and allah.

                • The CONTENT of the Jewish religion specifically refers to the role of Jews as a people, as a collective, one thats different from that of other "nations". IF Jews are nothing more than a religion, than the Jewish RELIGION, as religion, is nonsense.

why? it is the nation of 'israel' that they talk about, not the nation of 'jews.' there is today a nation of israel, which is not exclusively jewish

                  • Hannibaal wasn't that dark."

Was he arab or white? What color were the Carthaginians?

Arabs mostly are white. at least the ones that are on the north of the middle east. In any case, Hanibaal was carthaginian which descended from the Lebanon. Them, and the north africans are relatively pale, when taken out of the sun. ( i.e. tan easily but aren't dark unless exposed to light a lot )

                      • OK, my ancestors might all be German but there are still those little differences. My paternal side is Mecklenburgian, my maternal side Saxonian. Both are quite pure at that I might add.

BTW: Saxony of today is not historical saxony. What Germanic tribe would that be up the Erz / Sudet mountains? Probably some Thurinigan/Czech mix...

Greeks widely settled and colonized Egypt forming the upper and middle classes for several gubdred years. It is possible that the genes were from Greece (I.E. they were a seperate group) and then spread out along the nile.
