  • Just to add, i havent seen a televised kkk rally. Doesnt mean there hasnt been one I just have never seen one. On the same note, this c*nt as yall call is spouting as much crap as the kkk would. spouting hate is crap too. I do still think this kid could have spoken more eloquently and got his point across. He chose to act the fool and therefore decided at that moment he will have to accept the consquences. All actions come with consquences. and annshem is right the fact texas was made to look like this backwards ass state is what really set me off.

Now tell me, should we feel sympathy for Coulter or for Ajai, who was arrested for voicing, perhaps strongly, one of the fallacies of Coulter's argument? I, frankly, am scared.
Coulter is an intellectual midget, spoiled daddy's girl professional troll. Ajai and the other "protestors" or whatever you call them are stupid, since Coulter is now getting oodles of free publicity as a result of this. The best thing for the left to do is refuse to engage her, refuse to take her the slightest bit seriously, and dismiss her as a shrill hack with some marketing skills.

Ajai wasn't a "victim" here, any more than Coulter. A right to free speech doesn't extend to a right to disrupt another speaker in a controlled, quasi-private event. Coulter wasn't speaking on a street corner, or in an open quad on campus with unrestricted access to the public.

As far as who was doing what, you probably can't find one participant or witness who doesn't have an ideological inclination to spin the truth.

      • As much as I despise AC, if this is the level of debate and discourse directed at her it is not at all surprising she has been so successful.

        • Now, no more complaints when I suggest that liberals are commies.

Except that would be false. Compared to commies, liberals are nazis.

          • The kid's an idiot, Coulter's a far bigger idiot, and the university administration are the biggest idiots for arresting Ajai, and for spending $30,000 of students' tuition (including mine ) to have her speak.

Are you kidding? We've been trying to get Bill O'Reilly to speak at my college all year. It would be amazing. (And as an added bonus, he went to the college just down the road from us, so undoubtedly knows just how liberal we are).

                    • There is one thing bout free speech and acting the fool. Had this young dumb kid acted more responsible he wouldnt have been arested. Its one thing to stand up and speak whats on ur mind ia an acceptable manner but to stand up act like a dumbass is totally different. And as it is written he was arrested for the vulgr grabbing of his penis and acting like a jerk, not for what he said.

                      • since when is acting irresponsibly a crime? is this 1933 Germany? or 1927 Russia?

and the penis part is irrelevant. he only did it after he was unlawfully arrested and thrown out.

                        • im not sure but that it is said he was being escorted to the door and then started to shout obscenties causing a disturbance for people around him then started the obscene jestures. that is disordely conduct which got him thrown to the ground and arrested. had he just walked out peacefully the kid would not have been arrested. Got a friend at the college that was there that said he was acting like a jerk. and was only being escorted out of the audioturiom and would have been fine had he not acted as he did on his way to the door.

With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.

                              apparently not.

"You say that you believe in the sanctity of marriage," said Ajai Raj, an English sophomore. "How do you feel about marriages where the man does nothing but f*@k his wife up the ass?"

UT Police officers approached Raj to arrest him, resulting in a mass exodus of protesters chanting, "Let him go."
"He took the opportunity to say something lewd and offensive and then made masturbatory gestures as he exited."

hell no. im applauding Ajai Raj, the student, for excerising his freedom of speech, and chiding the people here who think that his question is grounds for arrestation. those are the unamerican traitors.
