first of all that was a question he made and not a statement. second he was not arested till he was out of the auditorium and that is after he made the jestures. he was only arrested after being escorted out of the room when he started to act like an idiot.

ok ill make a point on a more personal point. Take ben Kenobi for example. he states his right to free speech and opinion but after he does most of you guys lynch him, he doesnt come back at you grabbing his penis yelling obscenties but rather takes a more mature approach to ur heckling..

Nope, but I guess that when hecklers and people like Raj contiunes, AC and her ilk will blow it far out of proportion.

You don't silence this kind of people by screaming or making gestures at them, quite opposite, they thrive by it. The only thing that works are to display how laughable they are.

And if he did, so what? We wouldn't argue he should be arrested for doing so. Nobody is saying that Ajaj wasn't immature, but the point was that he was within his rights to speak his mind.

And as i stated before i had a friend of mine in the audience that clarified this student was ther to cause trouble and make a point. By geting arrested he certainly did that by geting folks all upset bout freedom of speech. His purpose was served, and now you have a bunch of people outraged at his arrest for speaking his mind, rather then his obscene behavior and lack of respect for the public.
