Have you been paying attention? No one struck out at the kid. He just walked out without getting into any brawl of any kind.

First of all the guy did grab himself and it was stated many times in this thread. I also have word from somebody in the room he was going back to his seat not just trying to leave. Third i never said anyone struck out at him but you cannot disclude the possabilty that it could have happened. last if you want to resort to name calling your going to have to do it with some one else

Read his blog... he NEVER grabbed himself. He made a masturbatory gesture close to his crotch. I'll quote it for you:

I have already said i have a friend that was in the audience and he saw him grab his crotch. I hardly see that as making things up. As for the frat guy if he acts ike a jerk to a bunch of people especially frat guys he will get is ass whipped, whether i think he should or not is irrevelant. Is it going to happen probably yes. If i was there id try to ensure that a fight wouldnt break out. and get the dumb ass, brave enough to act a fool in front of a bunch guys out of there.

No, it's ABSOLUTELY relevent. You said you MUST pay the consequences. That means you think he should have gotten roughed up by the police, taken downtown. After all, he was acting like a fool and he MUST pay the consequences, right?

I say if the consequences do not match the action, then he should not have to pay them. This kid shouldn't have been assaulted by the cops, and the kid should not be beaten to a pulp by frat boys.

I stated many times is what i meant that the kid was seen grabbing his crotch by someone i know that was in the audience. if i worded incorrectly then pardon me. I have already said over and over the kid shouldnt have been arrested thrown out yes. i said back in the beginning the police jumped the gun a bit. however if your actions disrupt the public then that is cause for a bit of action. As for ur fictious frat guy if you walk into their place and act obscene and rude then sure i think you get what is coming to ya if ur dumb enough to do that then sure. Actually, Coulter ought to arrange for a bunch of right-wing students to attend her speechs. If a group of anarchists begin to disrupt the speech, these muscle boys could go after them. Perhaps they could throw pies or other food at the anarchists, as that seems to be legal.
