Word up, they spent too much time on developing the characters. I don't go to Gladiator movies to see good story, I want to see some heads getting chopped off.

Back on topic, I think gender relations as a whole have deteriorated to the point where they have become dysfunctional.
We know more on how to raise a healthy family than ever before, yet are doing a poor job of it. TRUE conservative traditions have been lost along the way.
There are many causes, but one among many that particularly disturbs me is the whole self-help culture. It's anything BUT, is counterproductive, and often breeds more problems than it solves.
