When Baltar tested her he said he would not tell what the result was.

One question they have not explained, are the cyclon models copies of original hjumans, or utterly new? Did they have pasts, or was that all made up? I mean, was Boomer simply placed on Caprica full grown and went on to join the military with nary a background check or so forth?

Well, it's no secret from the moment you see the opening sequence, showing her picture and the statement, "some are programmed to believe they are human." Bascially, it's not a secret and it is an ongoing plot.

I thought it was because she was such a bad shot
