    Absolutely.

Not only that but there is the problem with inciting the crowd etc.

Bowyer could be up on police charges for assault as well.

    Great stuff.

    • Well, the club let Dyer off and fined Bowyer six week's wages.

I still like Bowyer. He's our team's Johnny Lager, and every team needs one of those.

        • It's a fun club isn't it.

Bowyer: history of violence on and off pitch, racist violence, uncontrollable temper

Dyer: always rape/roasting etc things hanging over his head

Kluivert: drunk driver, hit and run killer, rape accusations

Well, it seemed like that would be the case from the beginning of the incident, where Souness was saying that it was Bowyer who threw the punches (Dyer didn't).

Frankly, I'd sack Bowyer. Always hated the twit. Now that we have Faye, I think Bowyer is deserving of retirement from St. James.

The problem is that would be like burning £5m. Is much as it is the right thing to do, it won't happen.

It's be the Pennant scenario all over again, expect Bowyer to be off loaded in the close season to a 'lesser' Premiership club in a cut price deal that goes up in value based on apperances.
That way the buying club can cut it's loses if Bowyer misbehaves and Newcastle at least have a hope of getting a half decent price for him eventually.

I agree with you fully. I was talking about the right thing to do, but I realize with the economics of it all, it won't happen. Now we just need to find a patsy farther down the table willing to take him off us.

                  • Nice picture, he's probably smiling there too

As for Bowyer and Dyer, neither will be sacked and only will they be sold when theyre no longer needed for their footballing skills.

I really wish he's stopped doing those sad, embarrasing salto's, luckily he doesn't score too often.
