You miss the point- I don;t care about economist since 1954, Japan from 1854 to 1954 went from Medieval Feudal power to one of the worlds great powers- so, can you name which Americans vaulted Japan in so little time from pre-industrial backwater to industrial power?
Besides, giving advice in economis has **** to do with "American ingeniuity", economics is a "scientific" academic field, and economis ideads travel the world- PLUS the only ones who make significant changes based on macro-economics are GOVERNMENTS.
