    Getting vicious in here.
It's candy. Surely there are more important things the NAACP could be boycotting. If the candy were shaped like a burning cross or a black man made of regular chocolate being dragged behind a truck made of white chocolate I could understand the outrage and would share it. - Drosedars

Well, Kontiki, MRT has been especially vicious in urinating on my boots.

And while I'm at it, when I see MRT lying there in his piss on the street, I will remind him of his hatred of American capitalism as he begs for a few cents so he does not have to lower himself to get a job.

Yeah, and has MRT ever gloated over any of your personal misfortunes? Or are you just miffed that he happens to find your brand of right-wing nuttery and hate offensive in and of itself?

You've outdone yourself this time. You're not a good person, Ned.

                i ned.

makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside about kennedy democrats, the american way, and humanity in general.

don't worry, mrt, if you're homeless, you'll be the first to go to a better place when humanity gets the cleansing it deserves, namely the mass extinction.

                ===

you know... isn't it hilarious that the last time i was that deeply offended and close to ignoring someone, it was at uber-leftist VJ's insensitive utterly serious remarks in regards to the misfortune of others?

i ned for reminding me that extremists, be they rightists or leftists, are really not that far apart.

American Ueber Lefties are Sweden's Liberals? I wonder what people like Ned are called in Sweden then. Or in any civilised language. I know there is no such word in Dutch, not one with a political meaning that is...

And now to a local story

its being called Seattle's own dumb and dumber

An area teen has dropped out of school, making himself homeless

His solution? Do a porn video with his exhibitionist girlfriend!

                        More at 11...
Any views I may express here are personal and certainly do not in any way reflect the views of my employer. Tis the rising of the moon..

Look, I just don't anymore, okay?

This year is an el nino year so it's been warm and sunny up their while all their rain has been coming to California. We've already exceeded our yearly average (in Feb!) plus 2-3 more inches are coming this week.

I did notice a surprising amount of homeless people in Seattle including some young girl who looked like a 14 year old run away. She asked me for $5 to buy lunch so I gave her $2 which should be enough to get McDonald's or something.

MRT, sorry to hear your situation. I don't know much details and I don't claim to be an expert in things like this, but it seems to me from where I'm standing, that you're hitting a hurricane of crap. You might feel you're in it now, but you are just starting. In these situations, the problems tends to accumulate to big ones, and some problems appear out of nowhere as new ones.

So, it's time to do damage control right now before it gets out of the hand. You're a smart guy you know what I'm talking about. I also think you might have stop thinking about the most obvious solution as not viable. That would be, to get your ass back in school. Man, you will regret it if you don't get back soon. The year offs etc, that's how it always starts. Now some people jsut take a year off and come back, but most.. not really, even if they mean to. They never get the degree. And people sometimes say that it really doesn't matter, lots of people have made it without any degrees, you don't need a piece of paper to do well. But they are full of crap. YEAH it's possible, but make your odds at least realistic.

So how can you get back? Also, if you can get some needed results that means kissing ass and almost begging for it, do it now. It's not cheap if you NEED to do it. Don't let the pride take over common sense. I feel the problem is if you go for the short term solution now, is that it will take your focus away from the long term goals for good. So, go for the long term solutions now and do what ever it takes to ... get there, back to the track again. I don't know what that is for you, but school is never bad option. You can get back on the horse, you just need to shake your head a little harder and ****ing get up.
                            In da butt.
