    • OOC: Kyivan ships could not get to the Aegean because Greece controls the Bosporos and Dardanelles. Thus I assume instead they moved towards to Bosporos.

Siam to Iran: We will help you.
Afghanistan to Iran: No, we like our independence.
Siamese forces have poured into India. Meanwhile, Iran has advanced almost to the prewar border. However, Pakistan (RL Bangladesh) has joined the war on the side of India and has cut off the Siamese army in India.

Yugoslavia to Kyiv: This has been our business ever since you attacked us.

Turkey has surrendered to Greece, Syria, and Iraq in exchange for a less harsh peace settlement than originally planned. Cyprus has been given to Greece, some of eastern Turkey has been given to Iraq and Syria, and all three have been guaranteed free passage through the Dardanelles and Bosporos.

Greek forces have withdrawn from the Sea of Marmara and are no longer blocking Kyivan trade there. However, they continue to occupy the Aegean. When Kyivan ships followed the Greeks to the Aegean, the Greeks told them they could go through if they go by the Turkish coast but that they may not pass through the middle of the Aegean. The Kyivan ships now await orders from the central command in Kyiv.

Austria to Germany: We wish to join the German Republic.
Hungary and Slovakia to Kyiv and Germany: Thank you for ending this crisis and giving us independence.

        Iran - Military Actions

The entrance to the Persian Gulf remains blocked by our ships.

The forces on the Indian front continue to push further into India. Their ultimate goal is to meet the Siamese troops in the middle of India, although this could take years to accomplish.

Most of the Iranian navy and air force is figting along the Indian front, supporting our troops.

        • Kyiv to Greece:

that's fine, as long as you don't interfere with our shipping we will try to stay out of your waters.

          to Germany:

We would like to finalize the agreement, but you must stick to the points, as Austria was once part of Wien you cannot accept them into Germany. If you agree to this, we will on our part bring the agreement into action.

          to Yugoslavia:

Geez, we've almost got this resolved and here you are trying to stir it up again. Just drop it.

Austria to Germany and Kyiv: If Russia joins Kyiv then we can join Germany.
Riots have broken out in various parts of Russia to protest the government's sudden decision to join Kyiv.

Tibet to Iran: No. Leace us alone.
GAA nations (except Saudia Arabia) to Iran: We are unfortunately unable to spare any resources to help you; we are still recovering from the recent wars.

                • Kyiv to Austria and Germany:

We changed our minds. we have no problem with Austria joining Germany, but the prohibition still stands for the other ex-wien countries.

Kyiv is preparing to implement Russia into the pact. They will still retain a great deal of autonomy, but many things will be joined. Once the joining is complete (around 6 months) various measures will be enacted to smooth the transition. The old Kyiv military will be demobilized as the Wien conflict has now been resolved, bringing the Army stats back down to very large and the Air Force down to Huge. From there, any Russian military personel who wish to join the combined military may volunteer to do so, others will be discharged. Stats may change accordingly. At the same time, the remainder of forces will be withdrawn from Wien. The economic union is expected to be bumpy, especially with the recent damage to the Kyiv economy because of the war, but with the lifted blockades and the demobilization the combined Russian/Kyiv economy is expected to return to growing within 5 years. Along the same time frame, services will be introduced to Russia, administration will be streamlined and partially combined and industries will adjust to the new union.
