    Prime Minister Joolseph signs Weapon Agreement with Russia

    At least 8,000 artillery pieces were ordered and more including APC's, Anti infantry tanks, 3 submarines.

    The government also stated that it is interested in buying more SAMS and anti tank guns.

      Russia Denies Japan To Take Islands
      The Russian Government has denied Japan to retake the Islands which are strategic points for the Russian Military. There are many bases there and Russia will not give it up... The Japanese Military can also start strikes from these islands on Russia.

      Israel/Russia Rejoices
      The Russian Government is more than happy to do business with Israel, the extra money earned from the sales will be put into the economy and government for further reforms. I request a peace treaty with Israel.

        To Japan: If you want these Islands there must be a peace treaty signed between our nations additionally a security zone between the Islands and Russia, our subs and other military stuff will move out of this area. If you deny this, you won't get the islands and if you attack these Islands you will get the Russian Military and several other nations down your back.

              The People's Republic of India has recently elected the proud citizen Colhapur Akbar, who rode on the success of the People's Socialist Party of India. He has initiated a series of much more liberal reforms then India has ever seen before. Although not a fully socialistic economic system, the People's Republic hopes to take the good of Capitalism, and combine it with the justice of the reduced corporate power of socialism. Foreign policy is one of justified aggresion, with the new leaders strongly supporting an indipendent Tibet, and may be willing to fight for such a cause. Though they are horrified at the situation in, the current situation has been deemed to dangerous for the Indian army to get into at the present time.

              The military of India is to be modernized, but not to the extent that would damage the economy.

              Educational spending is to be increased 50%, to help those in poverty develop skills to live healthy productive lives.

                To India: We wish that you would limit on how much military equpiment you buy so that you can put money towards your civil services and economy. Russia wishes to help build up your economy and civil services... we are getting to our positive growth range in 6 months, so we can help out.

                Tech Sector Reforms
                The Tech Sector in Russia is developed but not big enough. There will be a new reform that President Putin will sign to increase revenue of the tech sector and encourage growth in this sector... since he signed this reform bill the tech sector will grow to new heights and Russia may become a new tech center in Asia and Europe.

Although your seeming embrasure of socialism is a bit alarming, we find that massive amounts of people may benefit from it, so we hope to see you prosper in the coming years and we will gladly send advisors to your nation to aid in your economic and military reforms.

                    Islands Handed Over, Neutrality Status In Asia
                    The islands disputed in northern Japan will be completely handed over and SSBNs in that area will leave completely... and Russia is now neutral in any war that occurs in Asia in any way. Our Deployment will be coming back to its docks and will not go to SE Asia. This does not effect the middle east, if there is a war there we may get very well involved... Russia can't afford wars now, maybe 20 years ago it could but not now.

                        AHEM, GC, that's more in the event department, vast amounts of oil do no suddenly appear out of nowhere. While it might be possible or even probably, geological happenings which have a great effect in this thread is the jurisidiction of the mods.                               Muhammad Ali bin Faisal Khalifa was an Arab living in the new Israeli empire. He had seen the great evil the Zionists had brought onto his people. His grandfather was a peaceful Arab, but was murdered Brutally by the Maccabees, a group which forwarded the Jews' quest for a state by practicing terrorism and killing innocent Arabs. 3 other of his relatives died the same way. Growing up as a boy in Israeli occupied Palestine, he had learned of all the evils brought onto the Arabs by the Jews, how their land was stolen in the name of a long ago ancient nation. As a young man, he was arrested by the Israeli police as he was supsected of being a terrorist. Though he was not charged, that did not stop Israeli police from torturing him brutally. He was eventually released, but at this time his heart was so filled with rage he finally did decide to become a terrorist. A proficent and effective killer, he rose thorugh the ranks. Now with a new crisis with Israel occupying even more Arab land, he prepared to lead the Arab people through their worst crisis left.

                              That night massive rioting occured throughout the new "Israeli Empire". Arabs rioted in the street, lynching any Jews they could get in Israel's new provinces. Over 2,000 Israeli soldiers were killed that night in exchange for just 734 Arab Guerillas and 1,200 Arab Civilians. It was by far the biggest uprsising ever, and a massive calamity for Israel. In all, the Arabs proved to be outraged over the Israeli invasion, and Israeli attempts pacify the Arabs don't appear to be working. Sorry Jools, but I don't think it is too realisitic you could conquer so much Arab land without MAJOR problems. Can I assume control of Muslim guerilla and terrorist resistance, as well have some control over the Arab population of the Israel Empire, with mabye some influence of other Arab States?
