      Russian Press Conference
      We are not communists, not terrorists or not fascist either, but we do not stand up to terrorism in this country. It must be brought under control even with the use of force... But the Red Army does not exist, only the Federal Republic Army does. So we will use the army and stop all terrorism that leads to murder and ruthlessness. There were no lives lost on the CoC side, we attempted to prevent unlike previous leaders of this nation such as Josef Stalin, Leonid Brezhnev, and Nikita Krushchev.           Rebels in Chechnya Appeal to the World

          Free-loving peoples of the world! We are being attacked by Russian forces who wish only to oppress us. They claim to be giving us independence, but only wish to make us a province of theirs and slowly destroy us. Please! Send help!

          A large man dressed in black stood up, "Greetings gentlemen, I have called you all here to discuss our dire situation"

          The headman replied, "Son, do not fool yourself, Russia is not as it was a decade ago, our power if being weakened by the new government."

          The young man sat back down hanging his head as the headman continued, "Now, gentlemen, we have all had our squabbles in the past, but now I ask you to forget such transgressions and fight our common foe, the government. As it stands now, the new regime has not yet consolidated its power, there are weak links everywhere, and we must fight now before the giant chain can be tightened around our necks. Areas from Chechnya to the Sons of Chernobyl are potential allies, we must court them. Go gentlemen, seek out more allies, and if we must die, we will die in a blaze of glory. My associates have more details, some of you will be sent abroad to seek aid, some internally to seek out government officials still loyal to us. We will not fall divided!"

            To All Nations: We are giving them complete independence now. And no Troops are in Chechyna now... we urge you not to listen to this propaganda spread by some nations...

              Oh don't worry GC, the mafia meeting is long over now

              Now...to Chechnya...

              The majority of Chechans are more than happy to finally have peace, and to be relieved. A temporary government has been set up as well, asking for aid from other nations for getting the country back on its feet. There still are, however, like in any other country, a small minority of fanatics who wish for nothing do to with Russia, and they have retreated and dispersed all around Russia, leaving their homeland in hopes of returning to it someday when it is free.

              BTW-GC, how are you going to make sure the force is only 15,000 if no Russians are in the area?

                Russian Forces Pulls Out, and Allows Chechyna to Be Fully Independent
                Our Forces have completely pulled out and are heading home, many news stations have recorded this even one located in Chechyna. No Taxes will be collected from Chechyna, and they will be fully independent... allowed to have their own small Army, Police and Fire Force. We will allow them full independency... They only can support a force up to 15,000 I think.

                  Russia Sends $66M Aid Package
                  The Russian Government has sent $66 Million dollars Aid Package to restore all infrastructure we have destroyed in Chechyna. This was approved in the Duma a few hours ago...

                    SPAIN TO EXPAND NAVY AND ARMY

                    The Spanish minister of Defence made an announcement today saying that the Spanish Armada (Navy) and Ejecrito del Aire Español (Air Force) will be expanded. The 87 Eurofighters on order will be upped to 120 and Spain will commence copnstruction on a new ship to join the Armada. The minister of Defence put forth a hope that Britain would allow Spain to take part in the Trimarin project.

                    ECONOMY TO BE BOOSTED

                    Economic minister Alberto Ramez appeared today before the Senado today to discuss boosting Spain's GDP and cutting unemployment. Industrial sectors would be expanded and upgraded and the euro would be more enforced as the Spanish currency. Many senators seemed to support this idea and His Majesty, Juan Carlos agreed that this was certainly a good idea.

                    To Britain: We would be honored if you would allow us to join you in the Trimarin project.

                            We protest Chinese claiming the Spratly Islands as part of their territory, as there are 5 other nations claiming all or part of the Spratly Islands. As the territory is still in dispute and probably will be in dispute for a long time, we suggest that China relinquish its claims to the Vietnamese and Malaysian portions of the islands. Should China do so, Vietnam and Malaysia shall likewise do the same.

                            LPRP-VRP Alliance Ended
                            For unknown reasons, the LPRP broke off with its alliance agreement with the VRP, though relations still remain friendly.

                            VRP Joins UMNO-FUNCINPEC Alliance
                            After the breking of the LPRP-VRP alliance, the VRP has signed into an alliance with the UMNO and FUNCINPEC. The VRP invasion of FUNCINPEC Cambodia has ended, with VRP troops heading northwest in order to help in the invasion of the DRSEA. All land captured by the VRP in Cambodia still remains in VRP hands, however.

                            Battle of Tavoy Stalling
                            The DRSEAan invasion of BVRP Tavoy has started to stall, with neither side able to force defeat on the other side. Several charges by the DRSEA have been repulsed by the BVRP, and BVRP efforts to force a DRSEAan retreat back to Thailand have failed. It appears neither the BVRP nor the DRSEA are planning to send any reinforcements to Tavoy.

                                22 Arrests
                                Nearly 22 Proven to be Corrupt politicans were arrested, when Police looked through their files and found evidence of corruption with the Mongolians, Taliban and the Armenians. These 22 Government-Related Officials (Lawyers, Judges, Politicans, etc) were arrested today, and were taken to court and proved guilty, the charge is exile from Russia. This kind of corruption is not tolerated at all...
