    U.S.A. to C.S.A. :

Since you have responded to our request with force of arms, we have no choice but to to meet you with our own force to curtail your imperialist aggressions.

U.S.A. to Britain and France :

The situation between us and the C.S.A. does not need to extend to you also. If you do not aid the CS with goods that they can use against us we will not harm your merchant ships or business operations.

Troops are keeping watch over key points of the border with Canada. Soldiers have been sent to prevent the Confederates from advancing out of Kentucky or Virginia, the larger part of offensive forces have been sent into Arkansas and western Tennessee with aid from gunboats and convoys traveling down the Mississippi River.

The Army will be expanded to Sizable.
Begin naval blockade of the CS. Ships not belonging to the CS may leave without interference.
(SECRET: Work is being done with submersible technology to build some prototypes of better units.)
Those walls are absent of glory as they always have been. The people of tents will inherit this land.

                USA to Britain :

                As in, war?

As long as you don't send them war materials, everything will be fine. If you choose to fight with us, it will be unpleasant for both of us. We are trying to avoid that.

                    (secret)

We heard you are having some problems with Britain, and we heard the British are trying to help our mortal enemy: The Ottoman Empire, as we menaged intercept this message sent by the British Foreign Minister to the Ambassador of the Ottoman Empire
                    To: Ottoman Empire
                    From: Great Britain

Do you need us to supply you with any troops?
(OOC: Remember if you don't place the secret tag than someone may intercept them )

An involvment of Britain in our long conflict with the Ottoman would be too unbalacing, and could mean the end of the Persian Empire, and give Britain total influnce over Asia and the Middle East.

We know Germany does not want this, and that's why we are asking for your help.

If you could help us in the developing of our country, you will find in us a great ally. If you could send here a few German Military and Economic advisor in order to help us modernise Persia, we would be strong enough not only to defend ourselves from the Ottoman, but also to take them out before the British could understand what happened(/secret)
