        • The Sun Rises on a New Day!

          February 1942

The Empire of Japan continues her valiant struggle agint the allied powers. She is fighting now to repel the bloodthirsty Stalin and his Red Army from socializing 2/3 of the world. This month, the Imperial Army erected defensive positions, and prepared for the oncomming Soviet onslaught. We were not without offensives though, as our brave Marines advanced on the Kamchatka peninsula. The entire pacific coast is now free from Bolshevist opression!

Also in the Pacific, several more American Ships were sunk as they attempted to scoot here or there to find safe harbours. The Americans should know that The Pacific belongs to Japan, and they may only make use of it at her approval.

The fighting in India is almost over. The british forces there have been decimated, though the poor road conditions do not allow for rapid troop movements. Reports are that the Brits are retreating and taking their losses. We may yet see T-34 vs Imperial Marines fighting in the Hymalayas!

The Battle for Australiaâ„¢ is essentially over as well. Perth fell as our armoured columns marched accross that continent. This area is still in contention however, due to the presence of the US' Henderson Field.

We anxiously await these final battles in order that we may deliver the deathblow to our hated enemies. The sun will not set!

            • February 28th:

It is with great sadness that i have to write this. The Third Reich is in ruins, we are beaten back to our italian allies bases in eithiopia. The shame is great indeed when you have to rely on the Italians for anything. Still if the reich is to go down like this it wont go down without a fight, all the equipment we managed to save from the russian advance is here in Addis Abba. This little town is now bristling with AA guns, we have also implimented Anti Tank fortifications and our last remaining Panther Tank division is entrenched in the city. When the baptism of fire comes from the russian advance our scouts say are on their way, we will be ready for them. Let them come!!!

                        • I'll be back in town this Saturday. Stefan will play the British, right? I hope that he leaves the only German city alone so I can get some free units from it.
