Yay, Vlad, if you need Internet or a High Tech Sevices contract, let me know, my enterprise is called LemCorp Incarnate.Last edited by Lemmy; March 12, 2003, 17:03.<Kassiopeia> you don't keep the virgins in your lair at a sodomising distance from your beasts or male prisoners. If you devirginised them yourself, though, that's another story. If they devirginised each other, then, I hope you had that webcam running.

Franit Empire is sinking into debts... facing doomI will never understand why some people on Apolyton find you so clever. You're predictable, mundane, and a google-whore and the most observant of us all know this. Your battles of "wits" rely on obscurity and whenever you fail to find something sufficiently obscure, like this, you just act like a 5 year old. Congratulations, molly.

If so, you should have just let it sit there - it may not sell each and every month, but when it does you actually make a profit on it. I haven't had to resort to "best price" sales strategies ever.
Datajack: Try decreasing social security each month until things pick up. That should save you lots of money, and hopefully put you into the black.I'm building a wagon! On some other part of the internets, obviously (but not that other site).

Here is what works for me (as suggested by the player FAQ and various experts in IRC chat):
Big shortage: quality level - 100 + 13
So for 136 quality set at 49.
Small shortage: quality level - 100 + 10
So for 136 quality set at 46.
Break even: same as shortage.
Surplus : quality level - 100 + 5
136 qual is 41.
Big surplus: quality level - 100 - 1
136 qual for 35.
Incidentally, since things are so cyclic in the economy, when there is a surplus of something that I know goes into demand (like potatoes) I simply withdraw the product and hang on to it until it goes short, then reap the money!

Can someone post the differences between a normal company and a 1-quality level upgraded one (workers and so on) so I can tell if upgrade some companies or not?I will never understand why some people on Apolyton find you so clever. Skanky: yeah, well, when I had to actually take loans because my corps. profits nullified, and country began sinking, just at the time I started a massive Railroad building campaign. I am making a profit now.
I try the bottom up approach now. every login, I raise the price at which I sale.
avg. product quality=130.
starting price +10%, lower price each month.
I am doing much better now.
Datajack: WHY IS YOUR GOVT. INDEX SO LOW?
Suggested steps:
lower your social security.
close some water treatment plants.
And what the **** is going on with your education?
What are your secret stats? It seems that your country is too much militarized. improve your corps. instead, get the cash, and then build up the military.

As you can guess, Armscor makes weapons, primarily. However, I'm also trying to start up a services corporation as part of Armscor, since services as a produce seem to be in very short supply.
At present, I have an Anti-Aircraft Missiles company up and running, with helicopter-land missiles and anti-missile missiles companies in the pipeline. I don't have any service units available, hence my trying to create a Services company.

Vlad, the sovereign nation of Riis would like to purchase ammunition from your fine companies. I will happily pay 5% greater than market price for missiles.
